Spring Sing

This weekend we travelled to OKC to watch Maria and Matt in OC's annual Spring Sing show. It was a fun time depsite the 8 hours of driving in one day. We arrived about noon and were able to see Maria's wedding dress and bridesmaid dress and went out for lunch before her first show. During the afternoon Jason and I went down to the OKC Federal Building Memorial and spent an hour or so looking around before we headed back towards campus. If you haven't had a chance to visit the memorial you should definitly make time to see it someday.

The show that night was really good. Maria and her Gamma sisters were A Bug's Life and Maria starred as the Princess Ant or something of the sort. It was really good, especially the dancing hands part of their show. I think (and correct me if I'm wrong but they got 4th place overall). Matt, who directed Chi's showing of Peter Pan, ran away with the first place trophy --- 5th year in a row! It was one of our favorites and deserved the win.
