Menu Plan Monday


I have to say that although last week I did not follow my menu exactly as planned, I was still VERY successful at providing homemade meals for my family instead of resorting to last minute, fast food options. It seems I actually, almost enjoyed the time I spent in the kitchen, so that's new to me. I did learn that our weekend meals need to be revamped because that is where we failed to keep with the menu plan. My backwards weekend schedule definitely makes it difficult and we still have a couple of meal items I'll need to cook this week.

Tuesday
Dinner - Tilapia Parmesan w/ Mixed Vegetables and Rice

Wednesday
Breakfast - Waffles and Apple slices
Lunch - Corn Dog Muffins
Snack - Grapes
Dinner - Chicken Marsala w/ Garlic Mashed Potatoes and Salad

Thursday
Breakfast - Muffins and Bananas
Lunch - Goulash
Snack - Cheese and Crackers
Dinner - Tacos w/ Beans and Rice

Friday
Breakfast - Oatmeal Bake
Lunch - Mac & Cheese
Snack - Blueberry Muffins
Dinner - Mock Lasagna w/ Salad and Garlic Bread

Saturday
Breakfast - Eggs, Toast, and Fruit
Lunch - Leftovers
Snack - Graham Crackers
Dinner - Tater Tot Casserole

Sunday
Breakfast - Oatmeal Bake
Lunch - Leftovers
Snack - Muffins

Monday
Dinner - Different Chicken Cordon Bleu w/ Broccoli
