My cooking isn't quite on a daily basis yet, and I still have most of my meals left to prepare from my last menu planning session. So here is a look at what I'm hoping to prepare through the rest of the week. I'm still determining what day of the week works best for planning and for shopping in order to get myself as organized in this area as possible. So here you go, without further ado.

Thursday: Chicken and Mushroom Dinner
Friday: Garlic Shrimp Penne
Saturday: Zesty Chicken and Pasta
Sunday: Shepherd's Pie
