Let the thunder roll

I love cool, dreary, overcast days like today. There is something about these sort of days that I feel peaceful and relaxed, the weather seems to soothe me. The wind is shaking the branches on the trees outside my window and the clouds are a dim grey. I anticipate thunderstorms and enjoy watching their power. I'm not sure what Mr. Weatherman has in store for today, but I can only hope a few raindrops will make their way down from the sky. Nothing too terrible in nature, but some sort of storm would be enjoyable this afternoon.
